In this episode, I sit down with [Roland Woldt](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rolandwoldt/?utm_campaign=261804022-Build%20Audience&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8INOzXhNXJ11B-jYthLP8b8ff7PKNGmBEACWsm03wH3LXpTqKXmDuRyRtBVj-LuZO6teq4)—transformation leader at firms like KPMG, Accenture, and iGrafx, former German Armed Forces officer, host of this show, author of \*Successful Architecture Implementation\* and \*Successful Process Mining Projects\*, and creator of the \*[What’s Your Baseline?](http://www.whatsyourbaseline.com/?utm_campaign=261804022-Build%20Audience&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8INOzXhNXJ11B-jYthLP8b8ff7PKNGmBEACWsm03wH3LXpTqKXmDuRyRtBVj-LuZO6teq4)\* Substack. His core message: digital transformations rarely fail because of technology, but because organizations lack alignment, clear baselines, strong governance, and true adoption and change readiness.
